1988
Sale and registration
Sumita Chandra purchased the parcel under Deed No. 38/1988. SHM No. 5/Lemo was then registered in her name.
2013
Access to the parcel ended
The tenant was removed and the Sumita Chandra family no longer had physical access to the site.
2013–2014
Purchase proposal and police report
The developer proposed a purchase. After the proposal was not accepted, Sumita Chandra was reported in relation to an earlier power-of-attorney document.
2015
Sumita died; investigation ended
Sumita Chandra died in 2015. The investigation concerning her was later closed because the reported person had died.
2013–2018
Land filling and third-party transactions
The site was filled and parts were later transacted to third parties. The land-change evidence is available in the supporting archive.
2016 onward
Request to cancel the entry
PT MBM asked BPN to cancel the registration in Sumita Chandra’s name. The request was initially rejected.
Later correspondence
A purchase was proposed to Charlie as heir
A later purchase proposal to Charlie Chandra was not accepted. PT MBM then asked BPN to follow up its administrative request.
2021
Embezzlement report closed
Charlie was reported for alleged embezzlement of SHM No. 5/Lemo in Sumita Chandra’s name. The investigation was closed for insufficient evidence.
2023–2026
Attachment 13 criminal case
Charlie was later reported over alleged forgery of Attachment 13 in the inheritance title-transfer application.
