The District Court decision records Charlie signing a power of attorney for the inheritance title-transfer process and an SK 59 statement. It records notary/PPAT Sukamto signing Attachment 13.

Tangerang District Court Decision 856/Pid.B/2025/PN Tng found participation in document forgery and imposed a four-year prison sentence.
The sentence was reduced to one year.
Banten High Court Decision 160/PID/2025/PT BTN changed the prison sentence from four years to one year.
The Supreme Court rejected cassation.
Supreme Court Decision 13 K/PID/2026 rejected the cassation. The one-year sentence imposed on appeal therefore remained in effect.
