Charlie Chandra adalah ahli waris Sumita Chandra atas SHM No. 5/Lemo seluas 87.100 m² (8,71 hektare), tanah yang kini berada di kawasan PIK 2. Putusan 726/Pdt/1998/PT.Bdg memenangkan Sumita Chandra dan menyatakan AJB 202/1982 serta AJB 38/1988 SAH DAN MENGIKAT. Putusan tersebut telah berkekuatan hukum tetap melalui Kasasi No. 3306 K/Pdt/2000 dan PK No. 250 PK/Pdt/2004.
